Lucrum Holdings carried out a full redevelopment of this semi-detached family home in Streatham, London SW16 having secured planning consent for a four bedroom house.
Development finance was secured through Handelsbanken. Initial design work and development management were carried out in house.
Work started on site at Abbotswood Road in June 2012 and was completed within 12 months enabling a successful sale to a private buyer within 3 months.
