With our joint venture partners, Summit Properties, we received detailed planning consent
for 285 residential units and 60,000 sq. ft. of retail/leisure. The 2 acre site which previously housed Secretary of State offices lies adjacent to Basingstoke Station and Festival Place.
The residential element was constructed in conjunction with Barrat Homes with completion phased through 2003-2004.
