The Colonnades, Bath

This 50,000 sq ft vacant former shopping centre with a Grade I listed facade was purchased and remodelled to improve not only access but also the profile of the scheme involving a number of deals with adjacent occupiers/owners.

 

The Colonnades was subsequently let in its entirety to BHS on a 25 year FRI lease.  The scheme was financed by Bank Austria Creditanstalt and the investment was subsequently sold to The Prudential for £7.7m.
