A comprehensive refurbishment of the 100,000 sq ft former computer centre of the Prudential, which was forwarded funded by Scottish Amicable/Argyll.
The building let in its entirety to American multi-national telecommunications company, MCI Worldcom, to house their UK headquarters. We received a substantial performance related profit.
