Lucrum Holdings purchased this 3 storey office building in 2010 and gained a change of use to enable a conversion of the three upper floors into 3 luxury apartments with high quality interior specification.

 

Finance was raised from internal equity and through Barclays Bank for the construction phase. Completion was in July 2011 with all three apartments selling for asking price within 3 months.
