Lucrum Holdings purchased this 5 storey office building in June 2013 having gained planning permission for

change of use and a penthouse rooftop extension to create 9 apartments. Development funding was secured through Chenavari Investment Managers and work started on site in July 2013 with completion August 2014.

 

All 9 units were forward sold to I P Global Ltd. (HK) during the construction phase achieving record values for the street. These units formed one of the last residential schemes approved by the City of London Corporation prior to their change in policy to protect office uses.
