This brownfield site was purchased in 2008. Design work was provided internally to help secure planning consent following a lengthy determination process in 2010 and work commenced in 2010 with the removal of an existing cottage and the construction of a new 6 bedroom family home with gardens and outbuildings.
Work on the new build was completed within 11 months.
Funding was secured through Handelsbanken.
