Working with Strand Street Properties Limited the 66,000 sq ft former Prudential headquarters building

in Bristol was purchased for approximately £6m.

Planning permission was secured to create a new modern rooftop extension which was constructed along with a complete refurbishment of the lower floors to create high quality office space in the historic heart of Bristol.

Finance was provided by Bank of Ireland (Private Bank).
